Abstract: This work introduced the new standard QB/T 4546-2021 "Children's Leather Sandals" in terms of application scope, normative reference documents, terms and definitions, product classification, requirements and test methods, judgement rules, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage, etc. The main content of the new standard was compared with that of the old standard of QB/T 4546-2013 "Children's Leather Sandals", and the changes in the new standard were emphatically interpreted. Finally, five suggestions were given to help relevant enterprises and testing personnel to understand and apply the new standard more accurately and comprehensively.
