Abstract: On the basis of understanding and analyzing the research of hallux valgus orthopedic shoes at home and abroad, the current advanced plantar pressure testing technology in the field of footwear is applied. Based on the design experience of footwear products, the shortcomings of existing footwear products in adapting and correcting the design of hallux valgus are judged, which provides a theoretical basis for the design of correction shoes specially suitable for patients with hallux valgus. Finally, the paper puts forward the design scheme of shoes suitable for patients with hallux valgus, so as to effectively solve the current situation of the group's difficulty in selecting the right shoes, improve the health of shoes for patients with hallux valgus, and promote the innovation of footwear function technology and the research and development of new categories.
