Abstract:
In order to explore the characteristics of plantar pressure distribution in different arch structures. Footscan Force Plate was used to measure barefoot date for 31 subjects with high -arched and 31 subjects with normal feet. Analysis parameters including the peak pressure, the contact area, the contact time, the pressure loading rate and the pressure -time integral in 10 sections of plantar were obtained. The results showed that compared with normal feet individuals, the contact area in individuals with high -arched feet increased except the midfoot, the contact time increased significantly in the Meta1,Meta2 and Meta3, the pressure loading rate mainly increased in the Meta2,Meta3 and medial rear-foot, the pressure-time integral increased significantly in the Meta1, Meta2,Meta3 and medial rear-foot. This suggests that high-arched individuals are more likely to experience pain than normal feet individuals in the Meta1, Meta2, Meta3 and medial rear-foot.
