Abstract:
As an important part of China's intangible cultural heritage, the auspicious patterns of Shu brocade not only contain profound cultural symbolic significance and aesthetic value, but also carry rich national cultural memories. On the one hand, based on the theory of cultural genes, we will deeply explore the form, color, and semantic factors of the auspicious patterns in Shu brocade. Through sensory vocabulary semantic analysis, we will select representative auspicious patterns, explore the interweaving relationship between their cultural connotations and design elements, and reveal their symbolic meaning and artistic expression in traditional culture. On the other hand, based on the current market situation and demand, representative auspicious patterns of Shu brocade are redesigned and applied to modern wedding bag products, forming modern design works with cultural depth and artistic beauty. This study not only provides new ideas for the integration of traditional ethnic patterns and modern leather product design, but also opens up new paths for the inheritance and innovative development of Shu brocade culture.
