气质联用仪测定鞋类材料中的17种有机锡含量

The Determination of 17 Organotin in Footwear Materials by GC-MS

  • 摘要: 使用外标法,建立了气相色谱-质谱对鞋类材料中可能含有的17种有机锡化合物总量的测试方法。该方法使用甲醇/乙醇混合溶液超声辅助萃取,通过四乙基硼酸钠衍生后,使用气相色谱-质谱进行定性和定量分析。实验表明,在取消原有内标物质的基础上,改变了有机相的萃取剂和气质联用仪的色谱条件,17种有机锡化合物完全可以被准确地检测。

     

    Abstract: A method for the determination of 17 organotin compounds in footwear materials by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was developed using external standard in this article. The gas chromatography-mass spectrometry for qualitative and quantitative analysis after ultrasound-assisted extraction with methanol/ethanol mixed solution and derivatization with sodium tetraethyl borate have been used. Experiments show that 17 organotin compounds can be accurately detected by changing the extraction conditions of organic phase and the chromatographic conditions of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) on the basis of canceling the original internal standard substances.
