Abstract:
A procedure was investigated for removing trichlorophenol(TrCP) in wet blue by laccase digesting. The processes were based on the traditional leather-making recipe, and the factors as temperature, pH, dosage of laccase (268) and digesting duration were examined. The results indicate that the optimal digesting conditions were pH=4.5, 45 ℃, 0.1% dosage of laccase and 1h running, and the removal extent of TrCP is more than 90%, while the control result of TrCP removal without laccase present ~70%. The investigation indicated the positive effects of laccase(268) for intensively removing TrCP in wet blue.
