漆酶去除蓝湿革中三氯苯酚的研究

Removal of Trichlorophenol in Wet Blue based on Enzymatic Method

  • 摘要: 研究了漆酶去除蓝湿革中三氯苯酚(TrCP)的可行性。采用常规的制革工艺,考察了温度、pH、酶用量、作用时间等条件下漆酶去除蓝湿革中TrCP的效果。结果表明,在pH=4.5、温度45 ℃、漆酶(268)用量0.1%,转动1 h,蓝湿革中TrCP的去除率可达到90%以上,相同条件下未加入漆酶的对比实验中,TrCP去除率约70%。实验结果显示出漆酶在深度去除蓝湿革中的TrCP方面具有一定的效果。

     

    Abstract: A procedure was investigated for removing trichlorophenol(TrCP) in wet blue by laccase digesting. The processes were based on the traditional leather-making recipe, and the factors as temperature, pH, dosage of laccase (268) and digesting duration were examined. The results indicate that the optimal digesting conditions were pH=4.5, 45 ℃, 0.1% dosage of laccase and 1h running, and the removal extent of TrCP is more than 90%, while the control result of TrCP removal without laccase present ~70%. The investigation indicated the positive effects of laccase(268) for intensively removing TrCP in wet blue.
