基于激活培养菌种优化制革污水处理工艺研究

Optimization of Tannery Wastewater Treatment Process based on Activated Culture Species

  • 摘要: 针对传统制革污水处理方法中NH3-N去除率低、步骤复杂、处理效果不稳定、较难达到排放标准等问题,以河北东明皮革污水处理站为依托,引进原菌种利用自制培养活化的菌液,进行了工程应用试验,并对皮革污水的处理工艺进行了优化改进。结果表明,该优化改进的皮革污水处理工艺具有在高泥高氧条件下进行高消化率的特点:制革污水产生污泥量大幅降低,达≤0.6 kg/m3;且NH3-N、COD均有明显下降,分别达≤6 mg/L和≤200 mg/L,为制革企业污水处理方式提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: The traditional tannery wastewater treatment methods appeared many problems,such as low NH3-N removal rate, complex process, unstable processing, which are difficult to meet emission standards. In this paper, using a self-made activated bacterial solution, engineering test was carried out to optimize the traditional treatment process of leather sewage. The results showed that the optimized leather sewage treatment process displayed the characteristics with high digestibility under high mud and high oxygen conditions. The amount of sludge produced per cubic meter of sewage was greatly reduced, reaching ≤0.6 kg/m3; and NH3-N and COD were significantly reduced, reaching ≤6 mg/L and ≤200 mg/L, respectively.This provides a reference for the sewage treatment methods of tanneries.
