勾心纵向刚度国标与行标检测方法及其设备差异探讨

Comparative Analysis between National and Industry Standard Testing Methods and the Instrument for Longitudinal Stiffness of Shanks

  • 摘要: 勾心纵向刚度检测方法由行业标准变更为国家标准,试验方法及设备均发生一定变化,系统地比较两者差异,能够帮助实验室更好地理解试验中的影响因素及其变化,从而更好地控制检测质量。根据纵向刚度计算公式,深入比较国家标准、行业标准检测方法及设备在纵向负荷、力臂长度、纵向位移等方面的差异。分析发现,手动设备相较自动设备,其设备允许偏差更小,但手动设备测量结构更复杂,可能导致更多的系统误差累积,所以两者在系统误差上各有优劣;在随机误差控制上,自动设备操作简单,人为影响小,稳定性、准确性更胜一筹。通过分别使用手动和自动设备对同一勾心开展重复性试验,最终发现手动设备检测结果的误差确实更大。因此,建议实验室使用自动设备进行勾心纵向刚度测试,或对手动设备进行针对性技术改进以保证检测质量;同时,就国家标准变更提出系统性技术建议。

     

    Abstract: The test method of the longitudinal stiffness for shanks has been changed from an industry standard to a national standard, and certain changes have occurred in testing method and instrument. A systematic comparison of the differences between these two standards can help laboratories better understand the influencing factors and their changes in the test, so as to better control the testing quality. Based on the longitudinal stiffness calculation formula, this study thoroughly compares the differences between national and industry standards in terms of longitudinal load, lever arm length, and longitudinal displacement, etc. The analysis reveals that manual testing instrument, compared to automated instrument, exhibits smaller allowable deviations of instrument. However, the measurement structure of manual instrument is more complex, which may lead to more system error accumulation, so the two have their own advantages and disadvantages in system error. In terms of the control of random errors, the automatic instrument is simple to operate, has little human influence, so its stability and accuracy are superior. By using manual and automatic instrument to carry out repetitive tests on the same shank, it was finally found that the error of the test results of the manual instrument was indeed greater. Therefore, it is recommended that laboratories use automatic equipment to carry out the longitudinal stiffness of shanks, or implement targeted technical improvements to manual instrument to ensure testing quality, additionally, propose systematic technical recommendations in response to revisions of national standards.
