新工科背景下生物化工人才培养模式改革探索以“生物化学”课程混合式教学模式为例

Exploration on the Reform of Training Mode of Biochemistry Engineering Talents under the New Engineering Background:Taking the Blended Teaching Mode of "Biochemistry" as an Example

  • 摘要: 混合式教学是应对全球数字化挑战中高等教育领域的必然趋势,在人才培养中引入混合式教学改革,并且摸索课程思政混合教学的新模式,可充分发掘线上课程在学科前沿的便捷性和线下课程在传授知识中的高效性,提升育人实效。“生物化学”是生物化工人才培养中的核心课程,针对生物化学课程在知识传递、能力养成和价值引领三个维度的问题,基于Outcomes-Based Education理念和Problem-Based Learning模式,通过建设教学案例库和思政案例库、采用Online to Offline教学和全过程评价等途径,对课程进行了系统的教学创新,取得了初步的成效,为生物化工行业新工科人才培养和教学改革提供新思路。

     

    Abstract: Blended teaching is an inevitable trend in the field of higher education in response to the global digital challenge. The introduction of blended teaching reform in talent cultivation and the exploration of a new ideological and political blended teaching mode can fully explore the convenience of online courses in the forefront of the subject and the high efficiency of offline courses in imparting knowledge, so as to improve the effectiveness of education. Biochemistry is the core course in the training of biochemistry engineering talents. Aiming at the problems of "Biochemistry" course in three dimensions of knowledge transference, ability cultivation, and value guidance, based on Outcomes-Based Education concept and Problem-Based Learning model, this article constructed the case base for teaching and ideological and political, and adopted Online to Offline teaching model and whole process evaluation. This carried on systematic teaching innovation to the course, and achieved initial results, which provided a new idea for the training and teaching reform of biochemistry engineering talents under the new engineering background.
