金属有机框架材料的结构调控及其在无铬鞣中的应用前景

Structural Regulation of Metal-Organic Frameworks and its Application Prospect in Chrome-Free Tanning

  • 摘要: 金属有机框架(MOFs)是一类由金属中心和有机配体自组装形成的新型纳米材料,具有结构可调、活性位点多、孔隙率高等特性。通常,经配体修饰、金属交换、缺陷构筑以及功能负载等改性方法制得的MOFs能够显著提升其理化性能或赋予其独特的功能性,因而受到广泛关注。皮革行业是我国重要的传统支柱行业之一,与人民生活息息相关。目前,已有一些研究将MOFs用于皮革无铬鞣制,以推动制革工业的绿色转型。文章首先对近年来MOFs的合成及改性方法进行了综述;随后,结合当前制革工业无铬化和功能化的需求,探讨了MOFs作为功能性无铬鞣剂的应用前景,以期实现MOFs产业化应用和制革工业绿色化改造的双重目标。

     

    Abstract: Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) are new types of nanomaterials formed by the self-assembly of metal ions and organic ligands, characterized by tunable structure, multiple active sites, and high porosity. Usually, MOFs, prepared through various modification methods such as ligand modification, metal exchange, defect construction and functional loading, can achieve superior physical and chemical properties or unique functionalities, which has attracted widespread attention. The leather industry is one of the important traditional pillar industries of the country, which is closely related to people's lives. Currently, several studies have used MOFs for chrome-free tanning, promoting the green transformation of the leather industry. This article reviewed the synthesis and modification methods of MOFs in recent years. Subsequently, based on the current demand for chrome-free and functional tanning in the leather industry, the application prospects of MOFs as functional chrome-free tanning agents were discussed. This review aims to achieve both the industrial application of MOFs and the green transformation of the leather industry.
