  • 摘要: 生物基聚氨酯是一类以天然生物基原料为主,通过生物基多元醇与生物基异氰酸酯反应制备的聚氨酯材料。这种材料因其天然来源、可再生性以及良好的生物相容性和可降解性而受到关注,适用于医疗、食品包装和生活用品等领域。文章综述了生物基聚氨酯的关键原材料(生物基多元醇和异氰酸酯)、制备方法及功能改性。其中,具备刺激响应性的生物基聚氨酯展现了广阔的研究前景。通过文章综述,将为生物基聚氨酯的未来发展提供可行方向。

     

    Abstract: Bio-based polyurethane is a type of polyurethane material primarily derived from natural bio-based raw materials, synthesized through the reaction of bio-based polyols and bio-based isocyanates. This material has garnered attention due to its natural origin, renewability, and favorable biocompatibility and biodegradability, making it suitable for applications in medical, food packaging, and consumer goods sectors. This review covered the key raw materials (bio-based polyols and isocyanates), preparation methods, and functional modifications of bio-based polyurethanes. Among these, stimuli-responsive bio-based polyurethanes show great potential for future research. Through this review, we aim to provide viable directions for the future development of bio-based polyurethane.
