新工科背景下轻化工程专业人才培养模式改革研究

Research on the Reform of Talent Training Mode for the Light Chemical Engineering under the Background of New Engineering

  • 摘要: 为积极应对产业变革以及新一轮科技革命,我国高等工程教育提出建设“新工科”,其为高校教育改革指明方向。对陕西科技大学轻化工程专业而言,应充分发挥学科专业特色以及人才培养优势,进一步构建满足新工科建设要求的人才培养模式,为国内轻工行业培养高素质人才。针对传统轻化工程专业人才培养存在的问题,明确高校人才培养模式改革的必要性,提出通过优化人才培养目标设计、完善新工科人才培养方案、整合及优化课程体系及校企深入融合强化培养学生实践能力等措施,为进一步构建符合新工科建设需求的人才培养模式改革和实践研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to actively respond to industrial change and the new round of scientific and technological revolution, China's higher engineering education put forward the construction of “new engineering”, which points out the direction for the reform of university education. Shaanxi University of Science and Technology, light chemical engineering should give full play to the characteristics of disciplines and specialties as well as the advantages of talent cultivation, and further build a talent cultivation mode to meet the requirements of the construction of new engineering disciplines, so as to cultivate high-quality talents for the domestic light industry.
