Exploration on the Practice Path of Aesthetic Education of College General Courses：Taking the Course "Magnificent Attire: Costume Culture and Chinese Spirit" as an Example

In recent years, Sichuan University, guided by Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, actively implemented the spirit and requirements of the national documents on strengthening and improving aesthetic education. The core general education course of Sichuan University “Magnificent Attire: Costume Culture and Chinese Spirit” took "aesthetic education infiltration" as the goal of aesthetic education work and carried out aesthetic education for undergraduates by using traditional Chinese dress culture as the carrier to cultivate Chinese spirit. In order to achieve the all-round deepening reform of aesthetic education, the course team constructed the layer-by-layer progressive “Three Case Capsules” in the process of exploring and practicing aesthetic education, made great efforts to realize the personalized teaching of aesthetic education in colleges and universities, and effectively improved students' aesthetic ability, cultural self-confidence and innovative spirit.
